Responsibilities:
- Perform Windows 11 upgrades across company devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software compatibility issues
- Provide end-user support during and after migration
- Document processes issues and resolutions for IT team reference
- Ensure systems meet security and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 upgrades and deployments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Active Directory Group Policy and imaging tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
