About the Role:

  • Lead Veza platform engineering and infrastructure optimization

  • Develop and maintain Veza OAA connectors for enterprise systems integration

  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines for identity and access management

  • Establish automated monitoring and incident response processes

  • Drive access governance and compliance initiatives

  • Architect solutions for secure compliant identity management at scale

What Youll Do:

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Drive platform architecture optimisation and innovation initiatives

  • Design and implement IAM policies standards and security controls

  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance IAM workflows and processes

  • Develop and execute platform reliability and performance improvement strategies

Operational Management:

  • Monitor platform health and proactively identify potential issues

  • Manage incident response and problem resolution processes

  • Analyse performance metrics and security trends to guide improvements

  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base for platform operations

Technical Leadership:

  • Architect and implement IAM solutions using Veza platform

  • Drive automation and efficiency in identity management workflows

  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members

  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements

What Youll Need:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

  • 3 years of experience in IAM or related IT security roles

  • Strong expertise in IAM concepts cyber security principles and current industry trends

  • Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)

  • Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance (SOX HIPAA GDPR) and IT controls

  • Proven experience in technical risk assessment and problem-solving

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience

  • Track record of driving complex technical initiatives across teams

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with Veza and/or Veza Open Authorization API (OAA) Framework.

  • Proficiency in development tools and scripting languages (Java Python Golang Powershell)

  • Familiarity with SIEM/observability tools i.e Splunk LogScale LogRhythm Datadog Kibana

  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code with emphasis on automated development testing and deployment practices
