Aa a Lead Engineer within the Engineering team you must be able to interpret a customers specification / requirements to produce a practical and cost-effective design solutions to meet the design or maintenance requirements.
As a Lead Engineer - Service Engineering you will be responsible for:
- Executing and leading the given engineering tasks and projects according to company and international standards and procedures
- Creating/Reviewing /Approving engineering Parts /Documents /Procedures /Study Reports/ Design/Requirement as per industry and company guidelines
- Creating concept and detailed engineering documentation development in 2D and 3D environment such as CREO and PLM system
- Preparing checking and approving P&ID layout schematics and detail drawings
- Designing hydraulic systems perform hydraulic analyses and size appropriate hydraulic components that meet design criteria
- Working with Factory acceptance test procedures Operational & Maintenance procedures and inspection/test reports
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have degree in Engineering based discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Be proficient with CREO or other 3D CAD system and application of GD&T
- Have experience and knowledge within mechanical design
- Have basic understanding of hydraulic systems design
- Have good knowledge of industry standards and design codes
- Have knowledge of Engineering design theory and manufacturing techniques
- Have good English communication skills both oral and written
- Have Oil and Gas Industry knowledge would be advantageous
