Your Role & Impact
As Project Director you will:
- Lead Projects from planning and procurement to execution and close-out ensuring safety quality and budget goals.
- Mentor Teams and foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
- Engage Stakeholders including clients regulators and community partners.
- Manage Budgets and financial reporting with precision and transparency.
- Oversee Contracts & Risks to ensure compliance and mitigate challenges.
- Apply Technical Expertise in marine construction (pile driving crane ops barge logistics deep foundations).
- Drive Strategic Growth by contributing to business development and market expansion.
What You Bring
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Structural or Geotechnical Engineering
- 10 years of progressive experience in marine or heavy civil construction
- Registered or eligible for . EIT or AScT in BC
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project) contract documentation and financial controls
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Valid drivers license and Microsoft Office proficiency
