As Sr. Application Developer II youll support the Marine Corps SharePoint environment and build applications that drive mission impact. Our team develops solutions for Marine Corps Enterprise users and youll play a vital role in advancing innovation enhancing collaboration and strengthening the organizations ability to deliver secure scalable solutions in support of mission success.

What youll do:
- Youll work with a team of developers on the operations and sustainment of existing custom solutions in Power Platform. As well as designing testing and implementing new Power Apps Power Automate flows and Power BI reports based on the customers needs.
- Youll troubleshoot customer issues with the custom developed applications.
What youll need to succeed:
- A Bachelors degree and 7 years experience as a developer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform SharePoint Online Teams and other SharePoint related technologies.
- Proficiency in Power Apps Power Automate Power BI SPFx PnP MS O365 App Store App Catalog and Visual Studio.
- Experience using SharePoint Designer and writing HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Experience creating solution components to include application enhancements custom user experience custom process automation and custom visualizations.
- A current active DoD Secret clearance
- The ability to maintain a DoDI 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as Security CE
SALARY RANGE: $119000 - $172000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidates professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
