In this role youll assist with deposit and loan questions debit card issues online banking support and fraud/dispute concerns-all while delivering exceptional customer service.
What Youll Bring:
1 year of banking customer service experience
Strong phone and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to friendly professional service
Comfort with Microsoft Word Excel and learning new systems
Preferred: Retail banking or call center experience
