Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivatedQuality Control Inspectorto join our production this role you will be responsible for inspecting components subassemblies and final products to ensure they meet internal and customer specifications. You will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for performance and precision by supporting a culture of quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform incoming in-process and final inspections of parts assemblies and finished products
  • Program and Operate Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) and useprecision measuring tools (e.g. calipers micrometers gauges) to verify dimensions and tolerances
  • Use precision measuring tools (e.g. calipers micrometers gauges CMM) to verify dimensions and tolerances
  • Interpret engineering drawings blueprints and specifications to assess product conformance
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
  • Identify nonconformities and collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing feedback and participating in root cause analysis
  • Assist with calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or mechanical inspection role preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
  • Proficient with precision measuring instruments and inspection techniques
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inspection reporting systems
  • Excellent attention to detail communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
