Hiring Embedded Software Engineer in Japan
Embedded Software engineer

Your Role and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain embedded software for automotive control units and sensors
Integrate software with hardware platforms and perform debugging and validation
Optimize code for performance memory and power efficiency
Collaborate with hardware systems and test teams to ensure seamless integration
Support software deployment and updates across development and production
Experience and Qualifications
Proficiency in C/C and embedded system development
Experience with RTOS (e.g. QNX FreeRTOS) and microcontroller architectures
Familiarity with communication protocols (CAN LIN SPI I2C)
Strong debugging skills using tools like JTAG oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git)
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automotive domains such as ADAS telematics or infotainment
Exposure to model-based development and simulation tools
Understanding of ISO 26262 and functional safety standards
