Job Summary

Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Regional Quality Specialist in Fair Oaks Indiana with a hybrid work option!

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest Sedron Technologies designs manufactures installs and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery Sedron Technologies works with municipal agricultural and industrial customers to process their waste into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods.

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Quality Specialist to join our mission-driven team transforming waste into climate-smart resources. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest we design manufacture install and operate advanced water and waste upcycling technologies for municipal agricultural and industrial this role you will lead the development and implementation of quality programs across our manufacturing facilities collaborating closely with production and quality teams to ensure regulatory compliance drive continuous improvement and uphold operational excellence. Because we design build commission and operate our technologies we are looking for individuals who can meet the following essential functions of the position:

  • Develop and deploy best practice standardized quality and regulatory procedures across locations promoting continuous improvement through consultation with teams
  • Create training program documentation and assist with training of quality and production personnel across manufacturing sites
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records reports and documentation to support quality assurance and regulatory compliance
  • Compile data to assist in the interpretation of data to promote continuous improvement across quality and regulatory locations
  • Participate in project design monitor project progress provide solutions to variances handle project documents develop communication & training plans deliver communication and training across the organization
  • Assist with startup of new laboratories and the associated programs
  • Lead development validation and implementation of new analytical and testing methods to support production and regulatory requirements
  • Evaluate select and qualify laboratory instrumentation; oversee calibration maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and compliance
  • Provide leadership coaching and mentoring to team members
  • Support lab analyst bench coverage as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

This position has multiple levels of competency to be determined by performance certifications and supervisor discretion.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry Biology or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered is lieu of education
  • 2 years of laboratory experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Proficient in laboratory techniques and equipment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and handle laboratory equipment or samples up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to work in environments with exposure to chemicals and varying temperatures
  • Ability to pass a respirator fit test

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Compensation for this role is between $70000 to $95000 annually
  • This role may qualify for a discretionary bonus recognizing outstanding contributions to team and company success
  • This role requires approximately 30-50% travel to support Sedron facilities
  • In compliance with state and local pay transparency laws the expected compensation for this role is shared above. The range provided is Sedrons estimate of the base compensation for this role and the final offer will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience skills and geographic location. Compensation may be adjusted within this range to reflect regional cost-of-living differences in states where Sedron is hiring.

Must be a US Citizen or legal permanent resident for this position. We are unable to sponsor any employment visas.
