What Youll Do
- Own solutioning and integration planning across internal platforms such as GL HRIS budgeting reporting and administrative tools.
- Design systems flows integration diagrams and technical documentation for projects that span multiple platforms and teams.
- Evaluate existing systems for modernization opportunitiesfocusing on service enablement process automation and architectural consistency.
- Partner with enterprise architects and engineering teams to define integration points APIs and internal service patterns.
- Influence platform and tooling decisions for end-user technology stacks including performance dashboards reconciliation tools and audit/reporting systems.
- Act as the internal SME for systems-oriented initiatives related to enterprise service platforms finance modernization and inter-system automation.
- Support data flow design and normalization across platforms to reduce duplication increase consistency and improve auditability.
- Participate in application tiering and dependency mapping efforts to prioritize modernization and reduce operational risk.
What You Bring
- 12 years of experience in systems analysis enterprise integration or platform solution design
- 8 years system and integration within financial services or regulated environments.
- Deep technical background across enterprise platforms includingGL HRIS ERP internal reporting and workflow tools.
- Hands-on experience withsystems mappingdata flowsintegration layer design and solutioning acrossn-tier architectures.
- Strong working knowledge ofAPIsmiddlewaredata integration platforms and microservices.
- Ability to produce technical documentation solution diagrams and systems impact analyses for use by engineering teams.
- Comfortable influencing across infrastructure development and architecture teams.
- Experience with core systems like Jack Henry Baker Hill UKG or equivalent is preferred.
Compensation: $110113 - $165169
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane WA. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. This position is also eligible to participate in an applicable annual bonus.
