Schedule: Flexible shifts available days evenings nights and weekends

Job Responsibilities

Deliver quality compassionate care to clients in their homes
Assist with daily activities such as bathing dressing grooming mobility and meal prep
Monitor and document any changes in the clients health or behavior
Promote a safe clean and respectful home environment

Candidate Requirements

Active certification as a CNA HHA or PCA in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training course)
Current TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
Reliable transportation to travel to clients homes in Fairfax County
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Genuine passion for helping others and a professional attitude
