Job Summary

Doyle Security Services (DSS) is currently looking for UNARMED SECURITY SHIFT OFFICERS in Nassau County NY.

Locations & Shifts:

Old Westbury: Friday & Monday 2300-0700 Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.

Old Westbury: Tuesday & Saturday 2300 -0700 Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.

UNARMED SECURITY OFFICER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings equipment and access points; permitting entry.
Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures
Completes reports by recording observations information occurrences and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager

SECURITY OFFICER / UNARMED GUARD / SECURITY GUARD REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma / GED required.
5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
Valid NYS Security Guard License.
Valid NYS Drivers License.
Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
Military experience a plus
Protective security experience a plus.
