Job Summary
- Collect review and comment on documents required for invoicing (e.g. time sheets reports)
- Prepare invoice documentation for submission to the Financial Department
- Track and follow up on JCCs SES invoice preparation issuance and client payments
- Support subcontractor payment processing and maintain financial records
- Update internal databases with financial procurement and service tracking data
- Prepare monthly financial reports and activity completion summaries
- Ensure quality procedures are followed in documentation and invoicing processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project folders and naming conventions
- Provide project support as directed by the Project Manager
- Assist in tracking service delivery and project milestones
- . Degree in engineering project management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or project engineering environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Outlook Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in project documentation invoicing and quality assurance processes is required
