The main objective of this position is to maintain resident medical records and our medical supply inventory.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Process all medical record requests including long term care legal etc.
- Maintain all records in compliance with retention schedule
- Work with physician offices to maintain compliance with orders
- Maintain the medical supply inventory program; includes placing weekly orders doing monthly inventory and maintaining expenditures in a cost-efficient manner
This is a full-time hourly position. Expected hours of work are 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- 2 years of administrative experience required
- Training or experience in Health Information Systems preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screen
