Overview
Leidos is seeking a highly qualified Special Access Program (SAP) Activity Security Manager (ASM) to support a large Military Intelligence Program aligned with the USAF Air Combat Command Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. This role directly supports Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) operations and requires a proactive security-focused professional with deep experience in SAP environments.
Primary Responsibilities
The SAP ASM will work closely with Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO) personnel to enforce and manage all aspects of SAP-driven security protocols including physical personnel and information security. Key duties include:
- Develop and maintain the Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA) program
- Conduct incident management and recommend/implement risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with OPSEC SSO AFOSI and DCO teams to maintain threat awareness and apply countermeasures
- Ensure collaboration between ISSO and GSSO for effective security operations
- Lead efforts to create and sustain a National Exploitation Team (NET) SAP Information Protection Program
- Provide oversight and guidance to ASMs TSCOs and security assistants
- Ensure proper reporting and investigation of security incidents including those involving Foreign Government Information (FGI)
- Maintain SOPs personnel rosters program billets and justifications
- Conduct routine SAP ASM security checks (daily monthly quarterly annual)
- Operate independently and collaboratively to improve SAP ASM program elements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree 4 years of relevant experience in SAP personnel security physical security or cyber security. Additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Current TS/SCI security clearance and the ability to pass a polygraph after hiring
- Willingness to participate in a polygraph interview.
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a U.S. Passport
- Ability to acquire/maintain SAP STO and/or ACCM qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of SAP experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience briefing senior leadership
- Familiarity with AF DCGS operations

Pay Range:
Pay Range $63700.00 - $115150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
