Early Careers Neuro-Inclusive Program 2026 Consumer Lending

The Wells Fargo Neurodiversity & Disability Inclusion Program aims to establish a strategic advantage by tapping into new sources of highly skilled talent and providing meaningful employment opportunities for the deeply underserved neurodivergent community through more accommodating and accessible hiring practices. The program also provides education professional support and enablement programs to enrich the lives and work experiences of our employees. The hiring activities are comprised of two days of interactive workshops a skills assessment and a hiring manager one on one discussion.

Neurodiversity Program Employee Support and Enablement:

  • Ensure positive new hire experience through dedicated hands on and facilitated onboarding
  • Provide job coaching to support both new hires and managers in their professional journeys
  • Provide new hires with a workplace buddy to aid in the transition to Wells Fargo workplace and culture

Wells Fargo is committed to developing the leaders of tomorrow and as part of that commitment we are proud to offer the Consumer Lending Internship will begin your ten-week experience with a robust orientation and training experience and then launch into your internship assignment. As an Intern youll be matched with a dedicated team and gain hands-on experience in one of our key business areas with a focus in eitherData Insights & Analytics Product or Credit/Risk/Underwriting.

Throughout the program youll receive one-on-one mentorship hands-on project support and valuable opportunities to build your skills and successful completion of the internship candidates may be considered for full-time opportunities with Wells Fargo following graduation

As a member of ourConsumer Lendingteam you will have an opportunity to dive into real-world projects that be placed on a team within one of our key business areas: Home Lending Retail Services Auto Consumer Lending Chief Administrative Office Cards Merchant Services & Personal Loans or Marketing gaining hands-on experience while working alongside professionals who are passionate about what they do. Along the way youll build valuable business skills and help create innovative solutions that support millions of customers every day.

In this internship you will:

  • Receive formal training opportunities through onboarding and orientation activities and throughout the program to prepare you for a career within Consumer Lending at Wells Fargo
  • Receive coaching and networking to support your professional development
  • Enhance your ability to interpret complex data extract meaningful insights and apply strategic thinking to drive impactful results.
  • Contribute to customer-focused projects that strengthen analytical thinking streamline existing processes and identify best practices across multiple business areas
  • Gain insights into and experience collaboration with business partners on strategy planning and project management
  • Expanding your professional network across the firm through mentorship sponsorship and engaging with senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 6 months of work experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in: Business Data Science Economics Finance Accounting (All majors welcome to apply)with an expected graduation date betweenDecember 2026 June 2027
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Innovative problem-solving with data-driven analysis throughprojects coursework and/or extracurricular enrichment activities
  • Proficient in any of these tools: AI Tools Power Bi Tableau Alteryx Python SQL and/or other analytics tools
  • Ability to organize insights from multiple sources into a clear story

Program Duration:

  • Summer 2026-10 weeks 40 hours per week
