Job Summary
Build hire and mentor highly effective quality engineers and and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to meet high-quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and implement new tools and methodologies to increase features across all Apple platforms that meet our high standards for staff in effectively scoping and the prioritizing of testing deliverables.
- 7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with at least the last 2 years in a QA leadership role.
- 5 years of designing manual and automated test plans performing software debugging and exposure to various debugging tools and testing methodologies.
- 3 years experience performing software quality assurance of mobile desktop virtual platforms APIs and backends.
- Past experience with data analysis and providing visualization.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate feedback develop solutions and make informed decisions.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related subject area or the equivalent industry experience.
- Experience bringing multiple software projects from technical spec to production.
- Experience with Firebase Remote Config or similar platform.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and performance monitoring tools.
- Experience working with Apple testing tools and platforms such as xctest & XCUI.
- Experience working with AI/ML concepts and algorithms and proficiency in programming languages like Python.
- Experience with DevOps (CI CD automation strategies etc.).
- Experience working with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
