Summary

Responsible for coordination of administrative duties for Loveland Ski Area. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service to guests at the ski area over the phone or via email. Assist marketing team and other departments with projects administrative tasks and events as needed. Additional responsibilities include managing lost and found updating the daily snow report distributing Real Deal vouchers to employees and providing general ski area support as needed. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees with safety and fun as our top priorities.

Essential Functions

• Customer Service
• Lost and found
• Assisting with projects administrative tasks and events
• Assisting guests and co-workers through phone and email
• Daily snow reporting
• Employee Assistance/Real Deal coupons coordination
• Assist in operations (help in departments such as food & beverage rental shop lift operations parking etc.) during peak periods and as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent. College preferred
• 2 years Administrative/Marketing/Customer Service preferred
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
• Basic computer skills working knowledge with MS Suite
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to perform basic web editing HTML. Familiarity with social media
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attentive listening skills preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with others
