What you will do

• Picking/packing
• Light assembly
• Unloading containers/packing containers
• Collating and labelling
• Ensure all AFFORD WHS policies and procedures are adhered to
• Any/other duties as requested from you by Management from time to time
• Supporting clients in developing life skills and promoting independence
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation administration

What you will bring

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Display a proactive approach to customer service excellence
• Forklift licence
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for safeguarding human rights and a deep personal connection to working in a purpose-driver organization
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check and a C class drivers licence along with an up to-date COVID vaccination certificate or medical exemption
• Passport Birth or Citizenship Certificate to validate Australian Work Rights
• Willingness to complete a National & Internal Police Check (Paid by Afford)
• Ability to complete Pre-Employment Medical/Functional Assessment (Paid by Afford)
