About the Role:
Were hiring a Recruiting Coordinator (46 month contract) to join our team! In this role youll be an essential part of our hiring efforts helping to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process and assisting with overall office operations. Youll work closely with recruiters hiring managers and candidates to create a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys managing multiple tasks at once and is excited to contribute to a high-impact collaborative team.
You will:
- Schedule coordinate and confirm candidate interviews across multiple time zones
- Greet onsite candidates and ensure a warm professional and seamless interview experience
- Handle all cancellations and reschedule interviews promptly and efficiently
- Communicate changes to relevant parties and update internal systems accordingly
- Assist with core office management responsibilities (front-desk coverage facilities/vendor coordination supplies/inventory meeting rooms daytoday logistics) ensuring a smooth professional inoffice experience.
About you:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with consistent follow-through
- Clear professional communication and time management skills
Location:
- This role is hybrid (3-4 days a week in our Palo Alto office)
Compensation & Benefits:
The hourly rate for this role is $38 - $40. This is a contract position and is not eligible for company benefits.
