Trade Compliance Specialist US Duty Management

Entegris is seeking a Specialist Trade Compliance US Duty Management to add to our growing team at our Headquarters in Billerica MA. This position is a contract role with an open-ended term.

Responsibilities:

Verify materials to create certificates of origin
Verify materials for Free Trade Agreement eligibility and create certificates
Support duty drawback programs for analysis import and export documentation
Assist in investigating new duty drawback opportunities or other duty savings initiatives
Support with master data updates around HTS codes and country of origin in SAP

What We Seek:

2 years experience in Global Trade Compliance preferred
Strong working knowledge & experience with U.S. Customs audit practices policies & procedures
Duty drawback experience
Free Trade Agreement experience
Experience with import and export documentation & activities
Knowledge of SAP Excel & basic report building
Flexible and calm under pressure
Creative approach to solving problems
Ability to work carefully and accurately paying close attention to details.
Strong organizational and communication skills
