Who We Are Looking For:
Are you the Group Instructor/Facilitator we have been looking for In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by facilitating groups for our Massachusetts Impaired Driving Program. This is a Fee-for-Service position.
What Youll Do:
- Prepare for each group by compiling educational materials and handouts as determined by group topic and conduct 90 minute psycho-educational groups.
- Provide an atmosphere of support and safety to group participants.
- Provide an atmosphere of engagement and discussion with observation listening and providing feedback.
- Maintain effective working relationships with referral sources colleagues supervisor and probation officers as needed.
- Follow 42 CFR and HIPAA guidelines during groups and documentation assuring clients of confidentiality.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in a Human Service or Education position such as Clinical Psychology Education Criminal Justice or Social Work required.
Excellent verbal written and listening skills.
Group facilitation skills and computer expertise required.
At least one years experience working in substance use treatment program or facility.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
