We are looking for an enthusiastic and bubbly Customer Service Representative to join our clients team and help us provide a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet Customers: Answer incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Product Assistance: Look up product information in our system and provide detailed responses to customer inquiries.
In-Store Support: Assist customers on the show floor showcasing products and helping them find what they need.
Customer Interaction: Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude throughout all customer interactions.
Problem-Solving: If you dont have an immediate answer communicate clearly with the customer and take the necessary steps to find the information or escalate the query to a more knowledgeable team member.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine desire to help customers and make their shopping experience enjoyable.
Adaptability: Comfortable with saying I dont have that answer let me get it for you and effectively finding solutions or obtaining information as needed.
Team Player: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
