Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who thrives on connection communication and clinical excellenceno matter the distance Symbria Rehab is seeking a PRN Telehealth SLP to deliver high-quality patient-centered care to older adults across senior-living communities in Iowaall from the comfort of your home.

As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

• Conduct telehealth evaluations and therapy sessions for older adult clients

• Establish patient-centered goals and deliver customized treatment plans

• Develop and implement clinical and educational programs tailored to virtual care

• Maintain productivity expectations and complete timely documentation

• Partner with on-site care teams to ensure seamless high-quality outcomes

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program

• Valid Iowa SLP license (required)

• Tech-savvy mindset and ability to thrive in a virtual setting

• Experience in long-term care acute or rehab is a plusbut not a dealbreaker

• Flexibility to provide coverage as needed (weekdays)
