Executive Advisory with proven Executive Leadership Experience that has served in C-Suite roles for at least 5 years to support hospital executive teams boards and the Ovation Leadership Advisory Team in delivering results. This advisory role will focus on guiding long term organizational strategy operational performance and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a track record of leading complex healthcare organizations driving transformational change and advising senior leaders on high-impact decisions. This individual will serve as a trusted thought partner to the executive team offering insights on system wide initiates governance stakeholder engagement and innovative patient centered care.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports growth of Ovations key shared services (i.e. leadership advisory support revenue cycle GPO and supply chain outpatient clinical)
• Works with Ovations leadership to develop solutions that provide value-added strategic offerings to existing and potential clients
• Provides relationship support to existing clients to ensure contract and service longevity
• Supports Ovations Corporate Strategy function to position the enterprise business for growth
• Provides subject matter expertise to junior colleagues and provides direction and mentoring as appropriate
• Works with other Ovation leadership and colleagues to support client value and corporate initiatives

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Effective written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Well-developed executive disposition and collaborative leadership style
• Knowledge of hospital board governance and effective relationship between boards and hospital senior leadership
• Executive-level knowledge of healthcare operations trends market competition etc.

WORK EXPERIENCE EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• BS/BA with Advanced degree preferred
• Executive-level hospital/healthcare-related experience required
