Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving (Inbound Logistics):
Receive and verify incoming shipments
Inspect goods for quality and accuracy
Record items in WMS or ERP system
Collaborate with QA team
Resolve discrepancies
Dispatch (Outbound Logistics):
Prepare and verify outbound shipments
Generate shipping documents
Schedule pick-ups and ensure timely dispatch
Package products correctly
Conduct final checks
Inventory & Administration:
Maintain accurate inventory records
Report variances promptly
Ensure compliance with safety standards
