Were looking for an Associate Attorney with 46 years of recent experience in Equity Transactions. This role involves handling a broad spectrum of Real Estate Transactions.

DUTIES:

• Represent clients in a wide range of real estate transactions including acquisitions dispositions joint ventures and financing.
• Negotiate and draft purchase agreements joint venture agreements loan documents and other transaction-related contracts.
• Advise developers investment firms pension funds REITs and advisors on complex commercial real estate matters.
• Support clients through all phases of transactions from structuring and due diligence to closing.
• Collaborate with partners and team members while managing significant individual responsibilities.
• Stay current on legal and market developments affecting commercial real estate transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-6 years of experience in acquisitions dispositions complex real estate joint ventures financing including negotiation and preparation of loan documents and development of commercial real estate.
• Excellent writing organizational and analytical and communication skills.
• Outstanding academic credentials sharp analytical abilities and excellent communication skills; prior direct client-facing experience is highly valued.
• Admitted to the State Bar of California

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Compensation: $250000 - $300000
