SAP PP-DS Job Description:

Qualifications:

8 years of SAP Manufacturing Experience with focus on PP-DS

2years of Automotive industry experience

2 years of S/4 HANA experience

Key skills:

1. Integrated Master Data & CIF Management

- Integrated master data Setup (location product master resources PDS etc)

- CIF Management (S/4HANA & PP/DS Data Synchronization) for both master data & transactional data and troubleshooting common CIF issues

2. PP/DS Planning Process (Demand Heuristics Rapid Planning Matrix Model Mix Planning DS Sequencing Capacity Planning (Line Balancing) Pegging)

3. REM Execution Aspects in PP/DS (Utilizing Planning Board Managing Planned Orders Staging & Backflushing reporting points)

4. Optimization Techniques (with setup matrix multi-level heuristics campaign planning)

5. Integration with SAP iPPE for BOM Routing Production Version and Factory Layout Management

6. Good understanding of SAP Engineering Change Management Process related to BOM and Routing

7. Experience in handling heavy customizations
