Location: Lawrenceville GA (Onsite) (Travel once a week to Harrisburg PA for first 2 months)

We are seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics CRM UI/UX Developer to join our team in Lawrenceville GA. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in customizing and enhancing the Dynamics 365 platform with a focus on intuitive user-centered design. You will collaborate with business analysts project managers and developers to create seamless workflows engaging user experiences and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and customize user interfaces within Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
Enhance the UI/UX of CRM applications to improve usability adoption and efficiency.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Implement responsive layouts dashboards forms and business process flows.
Integrate CRM with third-party applications where necessary.
Ensure compliance with best practices in UI/UX design accessibility and security.
Support troubleshooting testing and deployment of CRM solutions.

Required Qualifications

3 7 years of professional experience as a Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 Developer with a focus on UI/UX.
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML5 CSS TypeScript and Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
Strong understanding of CRM form customization workflows plugins and entity design.
Experience with UI/UX design principles wireframing and prototyping tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure services and integration frameworks.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
Background in mobile-first and responsive design.
