Duration: Long-term Contract
Onsite Schedule: 4 days onsite 1 day remote (Local candidates only)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong experience in Application Development (App Dev) projects. The selected candidate will support the Credit and Fraud portfolio managing multiple concurrent projects dependencies and timelines across cross-functional teams. This role requires excellent communication organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Manage 4 5 projects within the Credit & Fraud portfolio ensuring alignment with strategy and roadmaps.
Collaborate with 2 3 other Project Managers and coordinate with multiple impacted teams (up to 5 per project).
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines testing plans and deployment schedules.
Identify track and manage dependencies across projects to avoid production impacts.
Prepare and present updates to leadership (VP/GVP level) with clarity and political awareness.
Work with both Agile and Waterfall teams handling resistance and driving alignment.
Create and maintain Gantt charts project plans and dashboards.
Ensure risks issues and escalations are handled proactively and effectively.

Must Have Qualifications:

Proven experience in Project/Program Management of Application Development projects.
Strong background managing IT technical projects from start to finish.
Ability to track dependencies distinguish risks vs. issues and escalate appropriately.
Excellent professional communication and presentation skills.
Tools: MS Project (essential) Jira Smartsheets (nice to have).
Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Understanding of technical concepts (e.g. APIs web services IT systems).

Soft Skills:

Self-starter and go-getter able to manage multiple priorities.
Highly organized and adaptable.
Politically savvy with executive-facing presence.

Nice to Have:

Telecom industry experience.
