Job Summary
Core Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction providing accurate and complete information.
Follow communication scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents.
Go the extra mile to engage customers and provide a world-class service experience.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent proficiency in spoken English with clear and effective communication skills.
Proven experience in a previous role as a Call Center Representative or in a similar customer service position.
Fast and accurate typing speed to ensure efficient data entry and call logging.
Basic technology proficiency including familiarity with standard office software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Must be a resident of Delhi or the National Capital Region (NCR).
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):
Prior experience interacting with and supporting American customers.
Advanced computer skills and experience with CRM software.
