Job Summary
Role: Atlassian Cloud Business System Analyst
Location : Toronto (Hybrid)
Rate: CAD 70/hr (InCorp rate)

Role Requirements and Skills
- Atlassian Product Expertise:
- Understanding workflows & business processes for Data Center and Cloud
- Previous experience as Atlassian Data Center / Cloud Business System Analyst and Administrator
- Experience with Atlassian Data Center and Cloud customizations automations and integrations
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud data migrations
- Experience in creating requirements documents and support guides for Atlassian Cloud integration and transition
- Atlassian Data Center / Cloud related certifications - preferred
- Basic understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile)
- Proficiency in Groovy Python - preferred
- Understanding of REST APIs
- Knowledge of database analysis SQL skills reporting including PowerBI or Tableau
- Hands on role within the platform plus help with analysis and documentation etc.
BSA Skills
- Requirements Management ability to elicit document and manage requirements from stakeholders.
- Agile Methodologies Knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies for project delivery.
- Process Mapping and Analysis Understanding and mapping business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- System Analysis Ability to analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement or new solutions.
- Critical Thinking Ability to analyze information identify issues and make sound judgments.
- Stakeholder Management Ability to engage with stakeholders understand their needs and ensure alignment on project goals.
