Job Summary

ITIL v4 Foundation certification or equivalent (Preferred)

5 years of ETL/ETI development using major platforms (Informatica SSIS Talend).

Strong background in relational databases (Oracle SQL Server DB2 PostgreSQL) and data warehousing.

Skilled in SQL PL/SQL and scripting (Python Unix Shell PowerShell).

Experienced in performance tuning debugging and troubleshooting ETL workflows.

Knowledge of federal data standards compliance and security (FISMA NIST SP 800-53 IRS Publication 1075).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.

Exposure to enterprise tools such as ServiceNow and Splunk for monitoring and operations. nts.

Design develop and maintain ETL pipelines to support IRS DOT data integration and modernization.

Extract transform and load data from multiple sources (databases APIs flat files) into IRS enterprise data warehouses and lakes.

Ensure accuracy integrity and governance of data in compliance with Treasury standards.

Optimize ETL workflows for scalability performance and reliability.

Collaborate with architects DBAs and analysts to design effective data models and integration workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve ETL/ETI issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous availability.

Ensure compliance with IRS/Treasury data security encryption and privacy policies.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Document technical designs workflows and operational support guides.

Ensure compliance with federal and IRS security standards encryption protocols and privacy regulations (FISMA NIST SP 800-53 IRS Publication 1075).

Troubleshoot debug and optimize ETI processes for performance scalability and reliability.

Collaborate with data architects DBAs and business users to validate requirements and deliver efficient ETI solutions.
