Position: Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Lead Developer
Location: Richmond VA (23225)
Client: State of Virginia
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Lead Developer to lead the development and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. This role requires in-person interviews and a commitment to working on-site 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in developing applications and solutions that meet business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the development and management of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all D365 development efforts.
Conduct requirements gathering fit-gap analysis design configuration testing and support of D365 and Power Platform solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure compliance with best practices and governance standards.
Develop documentation and assist customers in discerning efficient technology solutions.

Key Skills Required:

5 years as a Power Platform/D365 Lead Developer
8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service
Strong experience with customization and implementation of Forms Views and Workflows
Proficiency in PowerApps Power Automate and using connectors
Experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services
