Operations Manager (Cloud Accounting Practice) Cape Town (Hybrid)

Join one of South Africas leading cloud accounting firms as an Operations Manager. In this role youll ensure the smooth running of our business by optimising systems processes and compliance. Youll be at the heart of strategy performance and operational excellence making sure our people platforms and workflows run at their best.
What youll be doing
- Standards & Strategy Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy productivity and reliability.
- Systems & Analytics Monitor measure and improve information management systems and analytics across operations.
- Continuous Improvement Lead business process and system enhancements to drive efficiency.
- Operational Oversight
Manage the efficiency of daily business functions and ensure smooth delivery. - Reporting
Prepare reports on the performance of internal controls processes and systems and recommend improvements. - Risk & Compliance Oversee risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Ad Hoc Projects Take ownership of business improvement initiatives as they arise.
What you bring
- 5 years experience in cloud accounting business operations process improvement or systems management.
- A CA(SA) or similar qualification.
- Experience in implementing automated systems and proven ability to design manage and optimise processes and systems.
- Proficiency with Google Suite Xero Dext Simple Pay and similar cloud-based systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail deadline and solution-driven
- Strong understanding of risk management compliance and internal controls and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across teams.
