Job Summary
Were seeking a forward-thinking Financial Operations Manager to energise and elevate our financial ecosystem. Oversee and optimise day-to-day financial operations including budgeting forecasting and reporting.
Implement and refine financial systems processes and controls for accuracy and efficiency.
Analyse financial data to provide strategic insights and support decision-making.
Lead and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies regulations and best practices.
Drive cost optimisation and resource allocation strategies to maximise value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organisational objectives.
Monitor cash flow funding requirements and investment opportunities.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Identify risks develop mitigation strategies and support sustainable growth initiatives.
Qualification
Professional qualification such as CA(SA) ACCA or CIMA.
At least 5 years leadership experience in financial operations or shared services.
Exposure to global finance environments is an advantage.
Strong track record in creating standardising and enhancing financial processes across diverse teams or regions.
Proficient in SAP (or similar ERP systems) and familiar with workflow automation tools.
Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders vendors and partners.
Experienced in setting monitoring and achieving SLAs KPIs and operational performance targets.
