Job Summary
Assist the Manager with overall operation of branch office including all phases of lending and collecting.

We will train you to do collections
We will teach you the consumer loan business.

Essential Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relations
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain office cash with accuracy and security
Achieve account gain through proven loan judgment and effective customer solicitation
Ensure compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company policies
Ensure prompt completion of loan applications
Minimize delinquent debt through collection activities both by telephone and field work
Ensure compliance with company record keeping procedures

Great Schedule

Closed Sundays
Hours of Operation M-F 8:30-5:30 (will work until 8 pm two nights a week and/or Saturday 8:30-12:30)

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

Great customer service skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to travel occasionally
Pass a criminal background check
Must have acceptable credit
Collection experience preferred
Sales experience preferred
