Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls across departments
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate info
Log calls appointments and follow-ups in the CRM system
Stay up to date on products promos and policies to better assist customers
Manage spreadsheets and navigate multiple tabs/screens
Schedule and confirm appointments
Report missed opportunities or escalations to management
Collaborate with the team to deliver a great customer experience
Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
12 years of office experience preferred
Comfortable talking on the phone and helping customers
Positive attitude strong work ethic and dependable
Team-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills
Eager to learn and improve continuously
Familiar with Microsoft Excel Word and basic computer skills
Good phone etiquette and follow-through
Strong customer service mindset
