We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate & Commercial team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication on numerous and/or complex accounts following up on correspondences and managing high-quality and timely communications.
- Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses by conducting client research analysing industry issues preparing benchmarking studies and creating risk maps for internal and external use.
- Support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects of designated accounts including billing transactional work generating and coordinating timelines liaising between senior colleagues and clients and generally representing the business to ensure compliance and client satisfaction.
- Manage account concerns and address issues in a timely manner applying judgement as to when and what to escalate up to senior colleagues.
- Collect insights and information on client satisfaction and report results to senior colleagues offering context and suggestions on how best to ensure account satisfaction and retention.
- Begin to build professional relationships with counterparts at client organizations.
- Have a good understanding of the companys service offerings and market trends to enhance work performance enrich client interactions and develop sales capabilities.
What you need to have:
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline
- 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding analytical thinking and problem solving skills
