Position Summary
Perfecto is seeking a Director of Sales to manage relationships and grow accounts with our global customer base. This is a technical sales role focused on servicing and supporting existing customers rather than new business development. The Director of Sales will work closely with customers to provide solutions proposals and technical answers while coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role reports directly to senior leadership and requires a hands-on consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers providing proposals technical guidance updates and delivery information.
- Travel domestically and internationally (3050% of the time including 68 trips abroad annually) to meet with customers and support projects.
- Prepare equipment quotations negotiate contracts and oversee purchase order execution.
- Maintain expertise in Perfectos products and services ensuring technical accuracy in all customer communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs including service spare parts and new equipment.
- Develop service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Monitor industry trends practices and technologies to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in machinery sales container manufacturing equipment or related industrial equipment sales (required).
- Strong technical aptitude; ability to understand equipment specifications make recommendations determine requirements present and explain operation of our machinery in detail and read engineering prints.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with global customers and internal teams.
- Personable self-motivated and highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
- International business experience is a plus but not required.

- Base salary: $120000$130000 plus bonus and profit sharing opportunities.
