The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone whos passionate about insurtech and sales to make an immediate and material business impact. Youll become an integral part of the Growth & Innovation team. This is a full-cycle sales role with a focus on closing.

The Team:

The core mission of Growth & Innovation (G&I) is to:

  • Explore To actively identify transformative opportunities and insights in order to enable profitable growth and distinguish Soleraas an industry and innovation leader
  • Incubate To embolden the organization to take risks on new initiatives by workingwith qualifiedpartners independently driving opportunities and acquiring strategictargets
  • Advance To transform Solera CIA as the industry evolves enabling us to achieve key strategic objectives and operational efficiencies by deliveringsolutions that deliver greater value for our customers

Responsibilities:

  • Understand needs and requirements of prospects
  • Set appointments and follow up with prospects via phone and email
  • Close sales and achieve weekly quotas
  • Maintain and expand our database of partnerships andopportunities

Experience and Profile:

Compensation:

Base Commission. Annual base salary of $40000 to $50000 with on target earnings of $80000 in year one and $100000k onwards.
