Accounts Payable Specialist

About the Role:
Responsible for processing incoming invoices in the Haleon ERP system managing both PO and Non-PO invoices from receipt to payment ensuring accuracy compliance and timely execution.

Your Day to Day:

• Save and post invoices in the ERP system.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders delivery receipts and contracts.
• Address discrepancies (taxes pricing freight quantities).
• Prepare and post invoices for payment.
• Manage PO and Non-PO invoices including credit notes.
• Perform 2-way and 3-way matching.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams.
• Generate reports on invoice processing.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Execute payments and troubleshoot payment issues.
• Maintain organized records for audit and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1 year experience in accounts payable or finance.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• University degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related discipline preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems (SAP a plus).
• Analytical detail-oriented and accurate.
• Agile proactive and eager to learn.
• Team player based in or near Kyiv able to commute as required.
