Shift times vary from 6:30am to 3.06pm Monday Saturday

About the Role
Ngala is currently recruiting for a Permanent Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of facilities located at Kensington and to support the overall comfort and well-being of families attending our services.
What Youll Do
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Carry out general cleaning duties (vacuuming mopping dusting wiping surfaces)
Cleaning bathrooms toilets and other wet areas.
Waste disposal.
Adhere to the cleaning/infection control specific policies and procedures.
Maintaining sufficient supply of consumables cleaning supplies and linen.
Safe handling and use of chemicals.
Record and document cleaning activities as required.
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Effective communication interpersonal and relationship building skills
Commitment to continuous improvement in care standards
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
Hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Check issued within the last 6 months
Current Working with Children Check
