Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our this role you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality motion graphics for product update videos that effectively communicate updates features and enhancements to users. If you have a passion for visual storytelling and a knack for turning complex information into clear and compelling visuals we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Design and Development: Create motion graphics animations and videos for product updates that align with brand guidelines and messaging.
Conceptualization: Collaborate with product managers marketing and design teams to conceptualize and storyboard ideas for videos.
Execution: Transform raw content and data into dynamic and visually appealing motion graphics incorporating text images and other multimedia elements.
Optimization: Ensure final outputs are optimized for various platforms including social media websites and internal communication channels.
Research and Trends: Stay updated with the latest motion graphic design trends and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
Feedback and Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video content ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives.

Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Motion Graphics Multimedia Arts or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience (2 years) in motion graphic design particularly in creating product update or explainer videos.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in motion graphic software such as Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro and Illustrator.
Knowledge of video editing tools and techniques.
Basic understanding of 3D animation tools (e.g. Blender Cinema 4D) is a plus.
Creative Skills: Strong visual storytelling and design sense with attention to detail and aesthetics.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas effectively.
Time Management: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Preferred Skills
Experience in creating SaaS product videos or technology-related content.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles and how to translate them into motion graphics.
Familiarity with video compression techniques and formats for different platforms.
