We are a district that serves over 6700 students and employs 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 1-4 two middle schools for grades 5-8 and one high school for grades 9-12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

The Swim Coach will design and coordinate practices assess the skill level of players and create teams create a positive team environment of respect and facilitate communication with the activities director parents and players.

Start date: Tuesday September 2nd 2025

Schedule: Four days a week (generally Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday) 3:05-5:00pm plus games.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience coaching or participation in swim.

Stipend Starting Salary Range: $1392-$1529 according to Group8 of Schedule C of theCertified Master Contract 2023-2025. Salary range listed is for a full season; the 2025-2026 season has already started so pay for the first year will be prorated for the first year. Subsequent years will be paid a full stipend.

Benefits:No benefit eligibilty other thanEarned Safe and Sick Time (ESST)as provided by law.
