What youll do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

• Develop of executive-ready materials including technical documentation leadership presentations and decision briefs applying judgment to prioritize content interpret data and frame recommendations.
• Lead documentation improvement initiatives implementing new templates and communication standards that improve clarity consistency and access to critical project and planning information.
• Align of production processes with internal cross-functional stakeholders clarify roles and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Analyze complex production and workforce data to optimize organizational alignment and performance tracking.
• Lead preparation and facilitation of leadership and governance meetings selecting relevant topics briefing executives tracking decisions and following up on deliverables.
• Establish and maintain dashboards and tracking tools defining KPIs selecting data sources and ensuring reporting accuracy in support of production leadership.
• Contribute to strategic planning discussions supporting the Chief of Production Office by surfacing risks testing assumptions and recommending approaches to complex operational challenges.
• Drive alignment of cross-functional production processes identifying inconsistencies recommending standardization strategies and coordinating implementation with relevant departments.

Location & Travel Expectations:

• This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Columbia South Carolina.
• The responsibilities of this role require dailyattendance in office with in-person meetings and events regularly.
• Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the companyfrom time to time.

• A Bachelors degree in Industrial Management Business Administration Political Science or a related technical field is preferred
• 2 4 years of experience in a manufacturing automotive or analytical role preferably in a support or coordination function.
• Hands-on experience in high-volume production environments and cross-functional team settings.
• Familiarity with automotive production processes and systems is beneficial.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) SAP and project tracking software.
• An understanding of production KPIs and basic data analysis is preferred.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting reports presentations and emails.
• Strong time management organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in or with international teams or companies.
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive or strategic matters.

Pay Transparency

This is a full-time exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidates skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range $80000.00 - $100000.00
