As a leading consulting firm in Bangkok Thailand we provide a range of services to businesses across various industries including recruitment and staffing solutions. As a Freelance Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting top talent for our clients. You will work closely with our team to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role and ensure that we find the best candidates for our clients. Responsibilities: - Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates including job boards social media and networking events - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each role - Create job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms - Maintain a candidate database and track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process - Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates - Manage the interview process and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers - Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing Requirements: - Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role - Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Experience in the consulting industry is a plus - Fluency in English is required knowledge of Thai is a plus - Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and diverse team.
