As a Product Marketing Manager you will be the bridge between product development and market success. Youll own the go-to-market strategy product positioning messaging and customer engagement initiatives. Your work will directly influence product adoption revenue growth and brand perception.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product marketing and drive adoption through strategic planning and execution.
- Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to target audiences.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis customer interviews and market trend evaluations to inform strategy.
- Sales Enablement: Create sales tools training materials and collateral to support the sales team.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Sales Customer Success and Engineering teams.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and campaign effectiveness using insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Customer Advocacy: Build relationships with customers to gather feedback and amplify product success stories.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing start-up preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Proven success in marketing and scaling products.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot Salesforce Google Analytics and project management platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
