As a Product Marketing Manager you will be the bridge between product development and market success. Youll own the go-to-market strategy product positioning messaging and customer engagement initiatives. Your work will directly influence product adoption revenue growth and brand perception.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product marketing and drive adoption through strategic planning and execution.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks tailored to target audiences.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis customer interviews and market trend evaluations to inform strategy.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales tools training materials and collateral to support the sales team.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Sales Customer Success and Engineering teams.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and campaign effectiveness using insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Customer Advocacy: Build relationships with customers to gather feedback and amplify product success stories.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing start-up preferably in tech or SaaS.
  • Proven success in marketing and scaling products.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot Salesforce Google Analytics and project management platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B tech environments.
  • Experience with start-up organization
  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization and privacy-first marketing.
  • Ability to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
