We are pleased to announce we now have an exciting vacancy for a Development Officer to play a key role in delivering the Trusts development programme and managing projects on existing stock including the identification and management of New Business acquisitions and the sale of shared ownership properties.
You will also work in conjunction with the Homeownership Team to proactively track and monitor the sales process; including where necessary liaising with estate agents/sales teams Independent Financial Advisors Homes England and any other external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have experience of managing projects with the ability to take an innovative and creative approach to problem solving. You will have experience of working with consultants and contractors and have knowledge of the shared ownership process and the legal process of property sales.
You should have good IT and excel skills with the ability to analyse information and produce reports. Experience working within a Development or Property Services team is also required.
