Salary: OTE 40000 per annum

A busy and established independent residential estate agency in Chigwell is looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients conducting viewings and managing tenancies without the added responsibility of generating instructions. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth lettings transactions supporting both landlords and tenants while delivering exceptional service.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
• Progressing tenancies from offer to move-in
• Liaising with landlords tenants and contractors
• Providing outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process
• Preparing marketing materials and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the branch in achieving lettings targets
• Assisting the team with ad-hoc lettings-related tasks

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator (or similar property role)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident professional and well-presented
• Strong customer service focus with a positive attitude
• Motivated results-driven and able to work well under pressure
• Local knowledge of Chigwell and surrounding areas (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence desirable
